Very simplistic. It assummes a rectangular box room. I wrote sw in the late 70s (when output was from a line printer), it is intersteing but mostly useless in the real world with doors and windows and not infinitly stiff walls.
It is probably more useful at simulating whta happens inside a “monkey coffin” speaker box.

i believe it is more accurate then 'room sim' in rew, when putting a sub in a room corner in 'room sim' it gives a very unrealistic frequency response with no boundary gain
