While the actual power amplifier circuit isn't bad the board has a lot of safety devices etc that would incur a lot of time and availability of parts to replace .
It gets a very good write up but looking at the schematic quite a few parts are marked as "critical use manufacturers recommended parts only" , if its faulty why not try and locate the fault ?

I redesign this boards. There are not 100% perfect but the old one have traces lifting on hot transistors.
This amp deserve to be restored, great sound.
